The Tech Admin side consists of monitoring the IT & Operations Team’s workflow, ensuring tasks are being closed, facilitating the process & policies for audits, as well as background tasks such as organising overtime payments etc.The Agile Delivery role currently consists of coaching the Business Systems Team. I am working alongside the team, generating metrics, leading retrospectives, stand ups and helping identify areas of opportunity organically from within the team. Other work has included creating an automated Flight Level 2 Dashboard across the technology department in order to aid discussions in Agile Insights and leverage decision making across Trayport.

  Wave 1: Working within NHS Digital’s national ‘ORG2’ transformation and change project. Specifically amongst the HR department. Quantifying and analysing data from multiple HR departments before submitting the findings to the programme directors in order for key decisions to be made. In addition, adapting existing processes and creating new more efficient processes for the ‘waves’ to come. This contract involves high levels of analysis using Microsoft Excel as well as planning through Microsoft Project. Wave 2: Moving focus from working directly with the HR team to working amongst the programme management team - creating a clearer plan for the upcoming waves for change. Specifically, using the tools such as Microsoft Visio & Project to create a visual representation of the aligning 'Proposals for Change' for the multiple Directorates affected in Wave 2. Whilst still maintaining the Excel master data document for Wave 1 and creating the new version for Wave 2, in order to control and capture the current information, which feeds key decisions made by Directors and the Executive Management Team.
