Ben is driven, he goes above and beyond what’s expected to achieve his sales goals and provides a high level of customer service to his business partners. I had the privilege of managing Ben as an Account Manager, growing restaurant supply and activating our lunch delivery service inside office buildings. In Q4 of 2019, I transitioned him into a Strategic Account Executive where he was accountable for new business acquisition and growing orders within his territory. Ben’s approach with new and existing business is consistent, he always comes across as genuine and naturally positions himself as a trusted advisor. He takes the time to nurture relationships, build trusts and works hard to ensure his business partners find value in the service. Ben understands the importance of a solid communication plan and sets clear expectations with his partners. What always impressed me about Ben was his ability to receive and apply coaching. He proactively asks for feedback (always learning) and applies it immediately. He understands the relationships between inputs and outputs and is willing to do the work to improve his craft and increase his business results. Any leader who loves to serve will find Ben a joy to work with. I will personally miss working with Ben, but look forward to seeing him make an impact at the next organization he chooses.
