  I was involved in all aspects of the business. My main role as a project manager was to ensure that the veterinary clinic was equipped to operate efficiently and effectively. I dealt with the vendor selection for our medical supplies, project management system rollout and customer service. I worked closely with management and operations to ensure communications and deliverables were met in a timely manner. After the launch, I was mainly involved in documenting the processes to ensure future rollouts for expansion, identify key areas of growth and assess the monthly data.

  I was responsible in overseeing the opening of new stores and store level project finance. I was involved in the vendor selection for the toys, fixtures and construction contractors. I worked closely with all departments to ensure the new store was consistent and delivered on time as directed by management. I had to discuss with the store managers on a monthly basis on their financial performance and highlight areas that could be improved on.I was also heavily involved in investor relations and financial projections. I was in charge of building financial models to assess capital requirements, cashflows and valuations of our projects. I had to do market research of the education industry in China and interpret the data to compile a proposal for management.
