  • Develop and monitor maintenance records. Prepare regular activity reports • Monitor established work standards and procedures (SOP and MOP) for operation and maintenance of the electrical and control systems on the building. Periodically review procedures to ensure adherence to safety regulations and energy conservation policy.• Review project plans and specifications prior to bidding to minimize future operational problems. Inverter and Generator and LV Systems.• Handles installation, testing, and commissioning of LV Panel and Sub Main PDB.• Operation and Maintenance of mission critical facilities.• Handle the load changeover on a live DC Plant to new DC Plant without shutting down the Switching and Transmission Stations.• Handle the load changeover on a live inverter to new inverter without shutting down the critical equipment.• Handle the load changeover on a live UPS system to new UPS systems without shutting down the critical load.• Handle clearing of major and minor fault for Generator, Automatic Transfer Switch control, Rectifier, Inverter, UPS systems and all items related to Building maintenance.
