I would describe Ben as a person who somehow brought some much-needed organization to chaos. My team at the time was talented, passionate, but lacked a realistic grasp on our scope. Ben was the one who braved the disbelieving gasps as he gave us an accurate projection of our actual production time-frame, after meticulously gathering data. He helped establishing a very usable method of task-tracking for our group of right-brain-oriented artists, and kept us on track. Even in the most stressful times, Ben had been consistently easy to talk to, open to different opinions, and managed to make his point without raising his voice.

Benjamin Carcich is an excellent logistician. His grasp of what is required to complete tasks always amazed me, from coordinating assets to managing operations and reports. He is able to flawlessly manage multiple assignments at the same time. His attention to detail created accurate completion of time sensitive missions. I would work for him again anytime.

Ben Carcich performed the duties of ALOC OIC (Admin/Logistics Operations Cell - Officer in Charge) for his unit at a major airfield in Afghanistan during Operation Enduring Freedom. 1LT Carcich worked tirelessly to provide his unit with supplies and equipment during their year-long mission there. 1LT Carcich was able to maintain excellent working relationships with his subordinates, superiors, and other unit ALOCs. I worked as a non-commissioned officer for another ALOC at the time and was able to work with 1LT Carcich on several occasions to benefit both of our units. On many occasions he went beyond what was required of him in order to serve his unit and other units he worked with. Ben Carcich is intelligent, hard working, resourceful, and easy to work with, and would make a great addition to any team.
