It was couple of months in to working on the womenswear floor that i was brought into the manger office and was sat down and offered to move across into visual... this for me was great leap forward in my career . It have learn more about the customer journey from the windows to the banners to totem and how they all lead the customer through the store. Implementing the windows for spring and now summer is a great experience, it creative and energising.

I was hired as apart of the womenswear team, this is where i had customer interaction dealing with any question of queries they may have. It was here that my Sales Manger at the time started to bring over to work with her and a merchandiser to learn about stock placement and how the customer sees the stock and how best to set the Mat out for the brand so that it sticks with it identity and also is fresh and current and moving with brand in a positive way.

I was brought on broad to work with the marketing team to produce a collection of workwear which is fun but still acceptable for the work environment. I worked with on fabric samples and sketches and produced full colour flats to give the client an idea of what the clothes would look like. Working at Bath in fashion has given me a greater understanding in how the fashion industry presents itself. How it it so important to get the image was brand right and how everyone backstage plays at part in that. Also it gives me a greater experience on caring for fragile garments.
