Meeting these challenges while keeping staff morale high on a tight payroll was a great opportunity for professional growth. Directed and co-managed the Home Preservation program, a department responsible for 50 to 60 home repairs a year. The program used grant funding to make homes livable that had fallen into disrepair. Developed and implemented an OSHA compliance in-house Forklift Training Program. Trained warehouse and retail store staff to operate the forklifts competently and safely.
