Thanks Ben for your hard work, robust analysis and data driven insights at first ICWG, and then over the last nearly 2 years at IDH Group. Your efforts have helped drive EBITDA optimisation site-by-site, and created value. I am sorry to see you go but excited for the bright future you have ahead of you. And if you ever want to come back…..

Nothing less but a star ! I had the pleasure of working with Ben over the last two years. I hired him right after his graduation from his master’s degree and we developed a highly effective professional relationship. Not only he manages the routine data and reporting for half of the countries where ICWG operates but he also designs new analyses and has a major role in the improvement of the team processes. Ben has a great analytical skillset and uses Excel with ease to deliver insightful data to the Senior management. He quickly understands the reporting gaps to be filled, proposes ways to remedy these gaps and takes leadership for solutions implementation. He took the lead in the training of the team’s new comers and efficiently passes on his knowledge of the company and the market on top of his technical hacks. He regularly shows great team manager’s skills and it should be a natural evolution of his career. He is committed to his work and will put the necessary efforts to achieve his goals. As a cheerful character, he is highly appreciated and respected by everyone in the company. As a team member or leader, Ben earns my highest recommendation.
