  I interned for 4 months, acting as an assistent of the manager of logistics, client advisory manager and user engagement, administration and several different experts. I had the chance to explore the family company in all its functions and atmospheres. Furthermore I had the opportunity to function as assistent specialist, who put together the auctions. I worked in this context at an evening auction to take care of a couple of telephone bids. I could describe this experience as a highly nerve wracking one where I was enormously focused during the process, with a dazed fealing afterwards. My mentor was Peter Bernaerts, the director of Bernaerts auction house and son of Chief Executive and auctioneer Mon Bernaerts. Show less

  During the process of eight weeks, I acted as a full-time employee at the headquarters of the Antwerp division of the national radiostation Radio 2, in commission of my journalism studies. I made several audio documentaries, made and edited video content for integrated social media channels and edited audio pieces for live radio broadcasts. I worked individually and in teams equally as much, in order to deliver the allocated projects.
