Over the past 3 years, I've had the opportunity to watch Ben grow into a leader in the Customer Engagement team. He is very intelligent and possesses a great deal of drive and a good understanding of IT and what it can bring to an organization. Also, Ben has a lot of grit to him. His department as went through several structural changes which have tested him and made him better. He's now emerged as the leader in the department where he's continuing to grow in learning to lead people and grow his department.
