  As a producer and journalist, my role at RTK was integral to the optimization of the network's image. I was responsible for collecting and analyzing information about newsworthy events in order to write news stories for broadcast. This involved receiving assignments or evaluating news leads and tips to develop news stories, gathering and verifying factual information through interviews, observations, and research, and monitoring various departments to obtain story leads. In addition, I took photographs or shot videos to illustrate stories, and sometimes edited or assisted in editing videos for broadcast. I conducted filmed interviews or narration, and reported live from the site of the event or mobile broadcast unit. I also analyzed and provided inputs regarding political affairs, justice/court trials, and police activities. To ensure RTK's editorial standards were met, I organized materials and wrote stories in accordance with the prescribed style and format standards. As part of my duties, I anchored the evening news at 23:00, reading the stories of reporters and planning, organizing, and balancing the evening news stories, team support, and ad-hoc responsibilities in a timely and professional manner for the nightly news program. Overall, my role as a producer and journalist required a range of skills, including strong writing and analytical abilities, the ability to work under pressure, and the capacity to balance multiple tasks and responsibilities.
