The allocation, organization and supervising of all harvesting jobs including contractors, headmen, workers i.e: harvesters, loose pickers, carriers and station cleaners involves in harvesting of 1524 hactres in my division. FIELD RESPONSIBILITY. Draw up a daily program for allocation of work to contractors.. Prepare a weekly and daily FFB production forecast.. Compile and submit the monthly harvesting report.. Keep accurate records of all technical, research and administrative data in the division.. Ensure that all workers are allocated with PPE and adhere strictly to safe operating procedures.. Monitor and control the distribution and replacement of harvesting tools and equipment according to plantation requirement.. Visit all work location to ensure that all harvesting standard are adhere to.. Plan every new field operation, brief staff and train workers.. Provide all employee with information on quality standards required and task for the work. In addition provide the correct tools and equipment, relevant PPE, safe transport to and from the field and adequate supervision for their work.. Ensure good industrial relations in the division.
