      I had the chance to collaborate with “I Love Italian Food”, a non-profit Cultural Organisation whose goal is to protect and promote the knowledge of Italian food worldwide, also during the last Cibus event (2014), in particular for interviewing some Italian food producers at the first edition of FuoriSalone. Thanks to “I Love Italian Food” and in collaboration with “Il Cucchiaio d’Argento”, some of my recipes have been published on the “Il Cucchiaio d’Argento” website, after translating them in English.
