I would recommend Bendre highly for the position of a Senior Manager,as I believe he has the ability to think strategically at a higher level, but yet apply his expertise and skills in leading a highly motivated team to success. He is a highly structured individual, but yet at the same time, displays a high emotional intelligence and balance and is able to deal and work with complexity, even cross culturally. In the time he spent in South Africa, he was highly respected and valued as a colleague and his contribution to Mercedes Benz South Africa has left an indelible imprint within the MPS environment.
