Over the past 4 years, Ben and I worked as colleagues, co-facilitators and thought partners in leadership development as part of the MASA Leadership Center. Ben amazes me with his patience, dedication to his work, organizational skills, professionalism, and commitment to supporting others in their personal and professional growth. Ben has an ability to quickly connect with people and build relationships. He continuously is taking on new professional challenges with grace, tact and eagerness to serve others and create new and needed opportunities. Ben demonstrates a learning and growth mindset consistently improving his skills and knowledge. Ben and I co-facilitated a group during a week long leadership training conference for 200+ people. Ben was both facilitating a small group as well as directing and organizing the entire conference. His ability to multi-task, be present and responsive, manage logistics and more was incredible and admirable. I am constantly learning from Ben. It is always a pleasure working in partnership together.
