As part of an intern abroad experience in Singapore, I worked with the IT department at Ohmyhome, a close-knit startup environment where everyone is highly-driven in solving problems with limited resources and time. My main responsibilities as a product analyst were website tracking and analysis of the app. I learned and worked on different digital analytics tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Amplitude, and MoEngage to track, report, and suggest areas of improvement for optimum product performance. I created a standardized system of naming over 200 tags and triggers to simplify the website tracking process. I also had the opportunity to work in collaboration with Chatlayer.ai, a company that builds AI chatbots and voice bots. I built and developed a Chatbot for Ohmyhome from scratch using the Chatlayer.ai platform with a team of diverse backgrounds.
