  I provide safe, confidential and non-judgmental Psychotherapy and Counselling support for adults, couples, families, and young people. I take a very considered and empathetic approach in understanding all my clients, regardless of their background. I strongly believe in empowering individuals to make their own decisions that enables them to enhance their life choices. I am a fully qualified Transactional Analysis Psychotherapist and am a registered member of the BACP. I have completed my four years of Advanced Clinical training in TA psychotherapy and have been in private practice since 2014. I have also undertaken additional specialist training to cover Safeguarding Children and Young People, Attachment Disorder, Self-Harm, Trauma and Recovery, Anxiety, Substance misuse, Personality Adaptation, and understanding individuals with acquired brain injuries and effects of these on their families and caregivers. I am also proud to have been a member of the UK Association for Transactional Analysis (UKATA) Diversity and Social Responsibility Committee for nearly 5 years. As well as working in my private practice in East Sussex, supporting clients of various age groups and cultural backgrounds, I also have extensive counselling experience of working with teenagers in secondary schools. Additionally, I provide counselling and psychotherapy service for clients with a range of acquired brain injuries, including to their families and carers.
