  Responsible for a team of 12 designers for Bristol City Council. Duties include designing creative campaigns for 450,000 residents of Bristol, project managing city-scale communication projects, pitching for external work, managing a team of various skill levels, managing a budget of £1.2m. Liaising with senior leadership including Chief Executive and Mayor, directors, internal communications, PR and marketing team. Larger projects include rolling out 20mph campaign across the city, coordinating two mayoral election mail outs to all registered voters and launching a city brand with Bristol partners and stakeholders. Received a Highly Commended for Student Voting campaign at the national CIPR Awards 2016.

  Took a leading role in major campaigns for Bristol City Council and its partners. During this time I managed the Greater Bristol Bus Network campaign, working with three neighbouring authorities to coordinate consistent messages and marketing activity across the region. The project achieved a 10% rise in bus users along the ten new bus corridors. Other tasks included signing off designers work and leading creative design sessions with the Marketing Team.   Taken on as a graduate I began my career creating a 3D model of Bristol City centre for use by Bristol Council’s planning department.
