Ben is an excellent business development manager. I had the pleasure of working with Ben from 2012 – 2018 on numerous customer tenders through to the delivery of the product. I have always been impressed with his diligence and great customer service – he knows how to nail a deal and still make the customer feel that they have purchased a great product. Ben was also supportive with other teams he worked with and was on hand to offer advice and guidance - many times he has been my ‘go to’ person. I would not think twice about working with Ben again in the future and he will be a great asset to any company.

I have known Ben Unwin during his time with Firmstep. I have always found Ben to be knowledgeable about the product(s) and was extremely helpful. I found that if Ben said he would do something it would be done with having to chase for an answer. Ben was very organised & methodical in his work. Ben gave us a lot of support with our recent digitisation project. If Ben didn't know the answer to a question he quickly came back with an answer having spoken with his colleagues. Cheers George
