I have worked with Ben on and off whilst I was tasked with maintaining existing Automation Tests until a permanent position was fulfilled. During this time, Ben was able to assist me with understanding their technology Stack, assist with existing Jenkins Pipeline configurations for the Automation Tests in currently in place. Ben was able to guide me through the Test Automation workflows and review any test failures with me. where tests were failing due to a test error, Ben patiently explained the correct workflow and the expected results, and assisted with the creation / updating of the test data setup via the SQL scripts in which the Automation tests would run. Bens attention to detail, meant that test failures caused due to application errors were quickly raised within jira, and as part of the comments for the bg raised, we were able to leave comments on where the failure is and a remedy, ready for which ever developer picked up the bug. Ben would be an asset to any team and is a valuable resouce, I would be happy to work with Ben on any project.
