  Originally hired in the fall of '99 as office help, I transferred to sales the following spring. In three and a half years as the sole sales rep for the St Cloud Unishippers franchise I was responsible for both sales and retention. During that period gross monthly margins for my territory more than tripled. Fall '03 I accepted an operations position with our office in Moorhead Minnesota, where I gained expertise in the fields of LTL, FTL, international air and ocean freight, and domestic expedited freight.
