Ben commissioned me to do some focus groups research with university students whom the Tennis Foundation had supported, to gather their feedback on the year-long vocational programme they had been part of. Ben was so professional and helpful all the way through, and the project went really smoothly because everything at the Tennis Foundation end was so well organised by Ben. He set out the parameters of the research and outputs very clearly, gave me all the information I needed to do a good job, quickly provided clarification whenever I needed it, and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. I do hope we get the opportunity to work together again in the future.
