As Director – Industrial Property, Ben is responsible for the acquisition, development, and leasing of industrial projects throughout North America. In this role, Ben works with and partners with landowners to maximize the value of their properties, assisting them with master planning and providing project capital for build-to-suit developments. An integral part of the inception of InSite’s shovel-ready program, Ben helps market this spec-to-suit program to industrial brokers and occupants, helping them meet their occupancy deadlines. During his time at InSite, Ben has been responsible for overseeing pre-development investigation and the securement of entitlements and approvals for over 2.5MM SF of industrial projects across the country. Prior to joining InSite in 2018, Ben was employed by a Chicago-based design firm, specializing in urban multi-family residential and mixed-use developments. Ben graduated from Miami University in 2012 and the Illinois Institute of Technology in 2015 with a Master’s Degree in Architecture. Show less
