  Worked on three marine protected areas projects. Two were European projects studying biomass export from protected areas (Biomex) and Ecological, commercial and socio-economic benefits (EMPAFISH). The third involved designing and conducting a study to monitor progress of the newly created Cala Ratjada Marine Protected Area on the island of Mallorca.
