It is an absolute pleasure to write a recommendation for Ben. I have known him for over 8 years, initially as part of a BQF Member organisation, where he ran a series of specialist events and most recently as a colleague within the BQF. Throughout that long association and the differing relationships I have been continually impressed by Ben's focus on his customer members. Seeing him developing customer contacts and always looking to do the best for his members is a stand out attribute. Organisations that I also work with have commented on this very 'customer-centric' approach. He strives to do the best for his set of members and they respond well, of course. More recently Ben has had to pick up the reins on a key technology project within the BQF and this has allowed him to develop further and to demonstrate his high level of intelligence and attention to detail in another area.
