I’ve been blessed to work with some of the most talented people the natural products industry has to offer in my 37 years in this field. Ben Shouler is one of the most talented and knowledgeable, which is especially noteworthy considering the comparatively short time he's been in this industry. During the past seven years he has gained full qualifications in nutritional therapy and massage, managed premium natural product stores, trained many of the industry’s best retailers and practitioners in the intricacies of food supplements and botanical products, developed and ran a technical department for one of Britain’s most successful distributors, founded and more recently he formulated his own range of products and co-founded a niche distribution company. That would be a lot to achieve in 25 years, and he has somehow managed this in seven, and to an exceptionally high standard. During the few years that I worked closely with Ben, I marvelled in how much technical knowledge he had acquired, his understanding of complex nutritional and botanical concepts and his ability to communicate this to others with authority, humbleness and empathy, all at the same time.
