  I have taken on many responsibilities with this position, the first of which being assisting in getting Trinity Packaging- Buffalo Division SQF level 2 certified. From there, I have assisted the HR Manager with tasks such as filtering resumes, setting up interviews, leading orientations, speaking at meetings, and attending local job fairs. I have also worked with the Quality Manager to develop an internal audit schedule, develop work instructions/job descriptions, and create/maintain a preventative maintenance schedule for our machines. I gather various types of data (floor production, employee quality errors, etc.) to use to help us better understand how we are performing on a daily basis. I am a part of our audit team, I am a key part of inventory control, and I have begun to do cost estimating. This position has given me experience in many different areas, and I have taken full advantage of the tasks given.
