Department Supervisor - TRB
-
Jan 2012 - Jul 2013
Honea Path, SC Continuing to hone my leadership skills, I managed and developed associates across 3 shifts of production. While our success in safety, quality, and on-time delivery showed great improvement, the best part of my time as a Department Supervisor was to see multiple associates who worked for me as machine operators continue there career development and move into leadership roles themselves. As a leader, our best trait is to develop others. It is a sentiment that sticks with me to this day.
