Ben possesses everything necessary to be an immediate asset to any company or organization. He is one of the hardest working people I know, and will see a project through every phase while giving it maximum effort. Ben brings insight and creativity to every task. He is not intimidated by difficult tasks, and constantly seeks to find a better way to do things. Ben accepts criticism with grace, and focuses on the solution to every issue. As a leader, he gives everyone "ownership" of the issue and works to lift up each person's unique talents. Ben works hard to continue learning both about the business at hand as well as ways to continue self improvement, which makes him invaluable to an organization. Most importantly, Ben has the unique gift to make you feel genuinely appreciated. He is the consummate people person, and can light up a room with his personality and good sense of humor. When working with him, you have no doubt of his motives, and he motivates you to do your best as well. There is no doubt that Ben is a future leader in whatever endeavor he applies himself to.

Ben Rosenfeld is a true professional. It has been my privilege working with Ben, who has mastered the leadership skills and multi-tasking ability his profession demands. He continues to build quality relationships and has improved his area drastically due to his desire to always succeed. Ben has extreme talent both in coaching and administrative responsibilities. His dynamic and empowering nature will land him great success along his career path- and I only hope to continue working with such a loyal, self-giving and inspirational person.
