  My role involves firstly evaluating specifications, contract requirements and architects drawings. Following negotiations with external suppliers and the use of system specific software, an accurate material costing would be inputted into a tender analysis and a quotation would then be generated. Evaluating and securing multimillion pound contracts for main contractors such as RG Group, Interserve, BAM Construction, GMI, Wates, Bowmer and Kirkland etc. Skills I’ve acquired during my time at Glasshus include:- Choosing correct glass to meet photometric, acoustic and barrier loading requirements- Choosing correct aluminium box section to meet the relative inertia requirements
