Leigh on sea This role was very similar to my previous role with my previous employer except that these jobs would coincide with the core business of Damp Proof Course work. Maintenance Administrator

Primary role was to ensure that all maintenance work was carried out in a swift manner and with minimal disruption to all parties. This ranged from small jobs such as fixing a door to the larger jobs of rendoring whole sides of houses. Work was carried out for both domestic and commercial clients so an understanding of both these sectors was essential.

Southend on Sea, United Kingdom Main role was to familiarise myself with all the tariffs and packages that EE offered and to then assist customer in selecting the right package that suited them the best. There was also an element or tech support involved on the actual devices themselves. This ranged from software related issues to simply setting the correct date and time. Although my time with EE was very short, it opened my eyes to the world of retail.

Providing them with a detailed training plan and making sure that, at every step of the way, they were never left on their own. I was also very fortunate to be able to undertake 3 training assignments during my time at the bank. Two of these were in our offices in Hyderabad, India with the third being held in Birmingham. For each assignment suitable training plans and procedures had to be written up and put in place. Training had to be given with assessments held at regular intervals to make sure each and every operator was fully trained at each step of the way.
