Where due to my communication skills, the project was ahead of schedule. • Worked as part of a design team in many Building Services and Construction projects where I was always first choice for the design in both construction and building services. • Carried out a 6 month tour of Afghanistan where I designed many constructions: water treatment facilities and living quarters. I also designed security posts called sangers where by these where to be strategically built and positioned being sure to maximise the visibility of the whole ground it was to cover and still be safe enough to be in if under fire. • Carried out various Bomb disposal tasks within Helmand province, risking my life and limb for my colleagues. Sometimes at the spearhead of the patrol armed with a metal detector providing a safe route for my colleagues. • Keeping calm and professional during intense fire fights while steel suppressing the enemy and ultimately winning the fight, making sure my colleagues are safe and ready for action at all times. • I learnt to make the best of my abilities stand out and overcome my weaknesses.
