      I was the first point of contact to all responses from the extensive marketing carried out. My role was to asses the financial status of all leads and to provide the clients with the correct options for House & Land packages which met their financial status. Following this I would then organise land visits and manage property selection, which I would then follow up with a sales call to close the deal.
