I had the pleasure of working with Ben Poole for almost 3 years. We both worked as Physician Recruiters and had a healthy competition. He was able to build an excellent relationship with his candidates with his honesty and attention to detail. Ben truly recruited "outside of the box" as he didn't just rely on job boards to find his candidates. Ben is just as effective doing inside recruiting on the phones as he is at job fairs and setting up face to face interviews. He's an excellent leader and mentor who can teach and lead but is not afraid to get his hands dirty and lead by example. I would highly recommend him to any firm that wants a recruiter who can hit the ground running as either a Senior Recruiter or to lead a team.
