Given remote access to the database and returning an automated, modular R program which can be used by the organisation each year to output the graphs, statistical tests and conclusions required for their report.

In addition, I increased the number of students on vocational scholarships in my team to 15, split into units representing the strategic goals of the Athletic Union. I completed my work to professionalise the financial systems of the student run body, ensuring that our finances were run to the same, if not higher standard, as other University departments. I also put in place a system of ongoing training and development opportunities for those working for the organisation, ensuring that the personal development of the team was always prioritised.

  St Andrews As a student on a vocational scholarship, I inherited a flawed financial system, and worked over the course of the year to ensure that the finances were left in a professional and accountable situation. As a result, I put in the first official budget request in recent memory, with detailed income and expenditure information, leading to the first budget increase in 5 years.

Working in a team of 6 going into local primary schools community projects coaching rugby and offering classroom assistance. Fully fundraised £2000 for the project through a variety of events and fundraisers.
