Bio
Tarah Malhotra-Feinberg
Ben is an extremely talented video and interactive producer. I've worked with a lot of good producers in my days, but rarely are they able to master the art of contributing creatively, the logistics of project management, and remaining personable and likable while doing their jobs well - 1 or 2 is the norm. Ben, however, has a knack for keeping projects high quality, under budget and you still want to go grab beers with him when you're done. I have greatly enjoyed collaborating with Ben and look forward to more great work together in the future.

In a cliche-filled world, Ben is what you would call a go-to guy. His extensive knowledge of all things production, and more importantly all things that make that production go digital is an incredible asset to any organization. In a time where different editing systems, file formats, screen sizes, codecs, sample rates, and resolutions rule the production landscape, Ben Paluba navigates them all with ease. In production, there are plenty of people out there who tell you why you can't do something; giving reasons and excuses as to why your task is insurmountable, then there are those rare few that just get it done. Ben is most definitely the latter. Extremely smart, knowledgeable, opinionated, and creative. A perfect addition to any team.
