I joined Landmark Investments in 2007, working alongside CEO Mark Hawthorn in building the companies ground rent portfolio. We work with a diverse range of developers across all of England and Wales. The group has transacted on well over 1,000 ground rent transactions with a collective value in excess of £400m. We are recognised as a leader in our field, and pride ourselves on our no nonsense, honest approach. As an independent private company we are able to make quick decisions and react fast to opportunities.
