At LANDR Audio I was the Business Operations & Catalog Manager for the creative samples product. Upon joining I was tasked with building the content strategy to rapidly expand and grow LANDRs catalog of premium samples. This content acted as the fuel source for the AI music creation technology LANDR was building to empower music producers, artists & songwriters around the world.• Sculpted LANDR Samples content strategy to rapidly expand and scale the catalog offering.• Grew LANDR Samples catalog of royalty free samples from 7,000 to over 1,000,000 in just 9 months.• Partnered LANDR with over 150 aggregators, labels, sound designers, producers and artists.• Used user data as a content compass to always supply the best and right content to our subscribers.• Handled all 3rd party supplier relationships including contract negotiations, execution, relationship management & royalty reporting.• Worked directly with the product and engineering teams to assist with product development, feature rollouts, content ingestion and improvements.• Worked directly with the marketing team regarding content placement within weekly emails, playlisting & homepage merchandising.
