Ben was our assigned loan officer for the first and only loan I ever applied for through the VA. The stricter lending environment along with an unreasonable loan analyst made the experience very stressful and if it wasn't for Ben's patience and cool head my wife and I would have cut all ties with Veterans United Home Loans and found an alternative option. He was very professional and most of all very detailed in his job. He has moved on from that position but I would highly recommend Ben as a service provider and or employee.
