      As Education Coordinator, I am responsible for all school programming within the agency. I work with the local school district to ensure that we are meeting state and district requirements, but have full creative control over our curriculum, behavior management processes, staff development and evaluation, as well as student acceptance for our alternative program. Outside of these regular duties, I have also updated most of our processes and procedures, have written for a successful grant which has funded some amazing art programs, and have successfully lobbied the agency for an activities director.
