  I head up the Business & Partnerships team here at BVS Training Ltd. In my role I connect with Care providers up and down the country, getting to know their businesses and any challenges currently facing them from a staff training perspective. From understanding how their existing workforce has been trained, I look to spot gaps in their training programme and make sure all future training meets the Standards required by UK law and the Care Certificate.
