Marina Operative at Portavadie Estates. Within my role as Marine Operative I undertook task such as; Partaking in boat lift operations, via a large submersible hoist, which operates on one of the most cambered slopes in Europe. Delivering and supplying fuel to vessels, via a floating fuel berth. General maintenance on vessels that are in hard standing (Powerwashing, sanding, antifouling and fitting new anodes.) General grounds and maintenance work. Maintaining and distributing the bike hire. While working within this job, I learned valuable experience such as customer service, teamwork and the inner workings of marine industry. One weeks work placement at Holmes Miller Architectural firm. While in office I undertook the task of creating and developing a design concept for 'offices' on a nearby site and advocated a site analysis.
