  During my time at Willaston Community Farm on the kickstart programme, I had made a huge positive impact on the farm which lead me to being hired after the programme finished. However, due to the financial situation of the farm my position was reluctantly terminated. Since becoming an Animal Care Manager I acquired more skills and responsibility around the farm from single-handedly organising and hosting parties to training new volunteers and work experience pupils. This is indispensable experience that I will be able to take with me and implement into future employment. Show less

  Through Kickstarter I got the opportunity to work at Willaston Community Farm. WCF is a non-profit community interest company that puts a huge emphasis on providing rescue animals a safe home. The organisation is also heavily involved with the local community through education, providing facilities, and running events, etc. Working at the farm will allow me to perfect my husbandry skills, develop entirely new ones with new species, perfect teamwork and communications skills, and provide a high standard of customer care and experience.   I have had a passion for gaming my whole life, thanks to many years of dedication and hard work, from 2017 I have been lucky enough to compete at the top level of Forza Motorsport in international esports competitions such as the Forza Racing Championship and the Le Mans Esports Series. This first-hand experience of competing in a booming esports scene has given me substantial knowledge of the esports and social media industry.
