Original design was 2200 sqft. Implemented change orders, updated fix amount contract with new schedule deadline and updated conditions to fulfill new requirements. Managed engineers and designers to use existing SIP panels into new design providing a $177,000 cost savings to the end client. • Re-established local nation(s) awareness of capacity and employment opportunities including red seal trades programs.
