  Designed the Group’s Record to Report structure for the new Shared Service Centre.Set up the UK Healthcare statutory finance team, initially with 4 people and then through expansion built a team of 20 people (mostly Senior Accountants) in the UK and as well as building and managing the relationship with the offshore accounts processing teams.Managed the reporting of 15 entities with external turnover in excess of £1.2bn, intergroup turnover of £800m and a fixed cost base of £300m.
