- Working here was a very challenging role. To open Soho Farm House was one of the best work experiences i could have asked for. I left due to being approached by an old manager with a very good offer and opportunity. - This was a project from hard had stage of the buil of the bar and facilities all the way to trading as a business. - I managed the mill room on site which was a 24 hour bar. - Manage a team of 6 staff including the rota. - Stock control.- stock takes.- Talent management within the team playing to all members strengths.- staff training. - The project was the biggest the company had taken on at the time and to be part of the team that opened Soho farmhouse was a pleasure.
