  I oversee Naxos of America's digital music distribution system. I'm responsible for delivering hundreds of albums per month to all major DSPs and dozens of boutique music retailers. I'm the project manager for a small team of software developers who support and improve Naxos' proprietary music delivery system. I also manage three teams in the Content Services department who are responsible for 1. ingesting and processing multiple audio codecs and formats, 2. ensuring all album metadata is accurate, complete, and presented in accordance with industry standards and, 3. delivering albums ahead of street date in time for marketing campaigns and ad placements.
