I worked closely with Ben for almost a decade. What impressed me so much about me when we first met (and it never changed) was how quickly he would leap into action. He never had an idea and waited for months to do anything about it. He just got on with it. Right there and then. And he was the same with problem-solving. The bigger the problem, the more angles Ben came up with to attack it until it was solved.
