Ben's worked with me on several projects for key clients and has delivered every time. The projects all involved the full business psychology offering - job analysis, project development, competency based interviews, aptitude and personality testing and full reporting. In addition key stakeholders were also tested to ensure a full understanding of the organisational fit. We've delivered on each project with outstanding results and very happy clients. In addition, all candidates felt that they were engaged in a very robust, honest and open process. I'd recommend Ben to anyone looking to reduce the risk involved in the recruitment process and I will be working with him again soon.
