After two years I was promoted to Senior Sales, managing the smart department during the transition to fully electric vehicles. My responsibilities included marketing, pricing and profitability, stock management and sales forecasts. I also insured the site complied with Health and Safety regulations as the sites Health and Safety representative. Conducting regular risk assessments across the whole business from the showroom, workshop, body shop, valet bay, offices and off site compound. I then presented my assessment along with recommendations of mitigating strategies to senior management and directors. Most importantly I had the responsibility of informing customers of the different finance products whilst complying with FCA regulations. I met with the Director to argue the importance of having a digital presence in an ever changing market place, which led to Carwow being introduced company wide, adding to my responsibilities by managing the account.
